The Galloway House is a privately owned home. It is not a public hotel.

There is no cancellation policy. I'm a very small business, I do everything I can to keep my costs down so your cost is also down. I can't offer a fully furnished apartment at competitive rates and also offer the same terms as chain hotels just renting single rooms. I don't have endless shuttle buses arriving from the airport and most of my guests book weeks or months ahead. When someone cancels I have an empty room and only a 25% deposit to pay 100% of my bills.

Please call and email me the minute you think you might have to cancel so I have as much time as possible to re-book your reservation. If and only if I'm able to re-book the nights I will refund your entire deposit. This is NOT a guarantee that your deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to arrival the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the stay and all taxes. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed in writing. There is no credit or refund for early departures.

All requests for refunds, adjustments or credits must be made in writing within 30 or less of departure from the Galloway House. After 30 days guests will be deemed to have accepted all credit card charges.

Some credit card companies provide trip insurance free to card holders and it's also relatively cheap and easy to buy online.

Guests agree to indemnify and save individual homeowners, Keith K. Galloway and his employees, free and harmless for any liabilities or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in any connection with the rental of the premises, including but not limited to, any claim or liability of personal injury or damage or loss of property which is incurred or sustained by a guest or guests of guest.

Keith Galloway reserves the right to refuse or discontinue tenancy if, in his opinion, any guest is detrimental to the property or displays inappropriate behavior to other guests.

Guests will be responsible for any damages or theft.

Guests agree to indemnify and save individual homeowners, Keith K. Galloway and his employees, free and harmless for any liabilities or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in any connection with the rental of the premises, including but not limited to, any claim or liability of personal injury or damage or loss of property which is incurred or sustained by a guest or guests of guest.

Keith K. Galloway is not responsible for items left behind but will make every effort to locate and return to you.
