For reservations made after April 1st, 2010: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property at any time.

For reservations made prior to April 1st, 2010:

1. Smoking is only allowed outside the house and leaving the front door open is not considered "outside".
2. Only cigarette smoking is allowed. 
3. Smoking of cigars or pipes is not allowed anywhere on the property. 
4. Smoking of any illegal substance is not allowed anywhere on the property. (Believe it or not, I was asked if it was okay to smoke a joint on the front porch.) 
5. Upon request we will furnish guests with an ashtray but if it's left filled with cigarette butts it will be removed.
6. Flicking cigarette butt into the frontyard, backyard, garden or lane behind the house is not allowed.
7. Extinquishing a cigarette and leaving the butt in a potted plant is not allowed.
8. Leaving a Bud Lite beer bottle filled with cigarette butts on the front porch is not allowed.
